It all started with our founder Sergey, fearless inventor of Clio Snacks.
At the same time, he was just like any other dad trying to figure out fun ways to get his kids to eat nourishing foods.
As a Ukrainian immigrant and former accountant, Sergey had a dream to be an entrepreneur and find what truly made him happy.
One night, he noticed his kids were curious about a batch of strained Greek yogurt in the fridge. Where one parent might’ve seen a mess, Sergey saw a delicious opportunity. Curiosity led us to an innovative idea that brought yogurt into the 21st century, and Clio bars led us all running to refrigerated aisles everywhere.

Clio’s Support For Ukraine:
As a Ukrainian and Kyiv native, Sergey has made it his mission to support his homeland during the Russian-Ukraine War. “The world sees the horrors Putin is inflicting and is unified in condemning it and supporting the people of Ukraine. What is happening in my homeland might feel distant but it is a threat to democracy everywhere,” said Sergey.
Since March, Clio has partnered with Razom for Ukraine, a 501(c)(3) non-profit organization started in 2014 devoted to building a stronger democracy in Ukraine, to find ways to support the Razom Emergency Response, which is focused on delivering tactical medicine items, hospital supplies, and tech enabled emergency response supplies that facilitate the delivery of this aid.
We could not be more thankful for all of your support of our efforts to help Ukraine. Thanks to you, we were able to donate all the proceeds from the March sales of our Mixed Pack to Razom for Ukraine. We matched the proceeds and all together we were able to donate $20,000. Since March, you have also helped raise for Razom and two other Ukraine relief organizations by rounding up at checkout and donating your change.
We are continuing to find ways to partner with Razom for Ukraine such as donating and building 100 emergency kits as we did in July during our company BBQ. We will be donating 100% of the proceeds from our OG Mixedpack sales in October to Razom. In November from 11/14-11/28 we are donating the proceeds of our Mixed Flavor Pack and OG Mixedpack and will match up to $10,00.
